Oxford & Cherwell Valley College is a multi-campus college in Oxfordshire, England. It was created in 2003 as "Oxford & Cherwell College" - a result of the merger between Oxford College of Further Education, North Oxfordshire College in Banbury and Rycotewood College in Thame. Rycotewood was relocated to Oxford in 2004[1] and the college changed to its current name in 2005 due to the new opening of a new campus in Bicester.

The college caters for students studying a very wide variety of subjects, and at many different ages. Much of the provision is further education, but the college also provides higher education (in partnership with De Montfort University, Oxford Brookes University, University of Derby and University of Bedfordshire), modern apprenticeships, community evening classes and a course for foreign students (known as ISP, the International Study Programme) preparing them for higher education in the UK.

Since 2010, Oxford and Cherwell Valley College has operated Reading College in partnership with the Learning and Skills Network.
